How is the platform fee calculated?
The $299 monthly fee is a base charge for access to the platform. If your 0.25% transaction fees total more than $299 in a given month, the platform fee is automatically waived. For example, if you process $119,600 in a month, your 0.25% fees cover the platform fee exactly — above that volume you pay only the transaction fees.
Are there any setup or hidden fees?
No. There are no setup fees, no integration fees, no hidden charges. You pay 0.25% per transaction and $299/month (waivable). That's it.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There are no long-term contracts or minimum commitments. You can cancel at any time.
Who pays the blockchain gas fees?
Gas fees for the initial deposit transaction are paid by the customer as part of their wallet transaction. Withdrawal gas fees are deducted from the withdrawn amount.
